A lot of pride and attention to detail goes into each outgoing Luso Overland order. We understand that everyone wants their items shipped out in a timely manner and to arrive undamaged. We strive to ship all orders out quickly, usually within 1-3 business days and all orders are packed with care and guaranteed to arrive safely.
Our inventory levels are displayed in real time on the item detail page. We cross sell on multiple marketplaces so while it is possible that an item listed for sale on our site might be spoken for elsewhere, 99% of the time if an item is available for checkout on our site, that means we have it in stock and available for purchase. In the rare case that our inventory stock level is off because of an internal error, we won't leave you hanging, we'll contact you within 48 hours to come up with a solution. If an item is out of stock, on pre-order, or with longer than normal processing times it will be noted as such on the product detail page.

International shipping rates on our site are provided by UPS. Often times, our eBay Store has cheaper international shipping rates through eBay's Global Shipping Program so we recommend international customers get a quote via both options.
*Any customs duties/tariffs or clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if the recipient will be charged any customs fees as every country has different importation rules.

We're confident that you're going to love our products because we've personally vetted each and every one of them, but should you ever need to return an item, we're here for you. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less any outbound shipping charges we incurred getting the product to you (these are not published on our site for any order over $50 which received "free shipping" at our expense). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If your item has been opened, it's probably not a big deal, just let us know the situation and we'll try our best to facilitate a return.
To return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 48 hours.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of the returned item being received by us.
Warranty Returns - Products with warranties have the warranty period listed on their detail pages. If you have experienced a part failure within the specified warranty period and would like a replacement unit, please Contact Us with your order number, the name or part number in question, a brief description of the problem, and a photo of the problem.
