Size: 6mm (.22") thick spacer results in 10-12mm (.4-.5") of lift
Although we don't recommend large spacer lifts, these thin aluminum top hat spacers are perfect for adding a little bit of height to fine-tune your suspension set-up. Unlike a preload spacer or spring perch adjustment, this top hat spacer will not affect the shock/spring dynamics. Very easy to install since the struts do not need to be disassembled.
A wheel alignment is required after installation.
Common Uses:
- Leveling out the suspension front to back
- Extra clearance
- Gaining some height back after adding heavy acccessories that caused the front end to sag down
- Leveling out the suspension left to right (The left side often rides lower than the right side because of the battery, brake booster, and driver's weight. Remove the front sway bar and measure the ride height of both the left and right wheels to check for this.)
