Genuine Mitsubishi Part
Non-keyed unit. Works for both the upper or lower glovebox.
A notorious failure point, if your glovebox latch is stuck and won't open it can sometimes be opened by drilling through the very center to expose the key hole. You can then try using your key or a flat head screwdriver and if that doesn't work, you can just drill through the entire lock mechanism to get it open and then this new replacement part can be installed as shown in the videos below.
