* Note - Although these manifolds will also bolt up perfectly for the 1997 Montero 3.5L, 1995 Montero 3.0L, 1997 - early 1998 Montero Sport 3.0L, those vehicles may not have had an EGR system so that is why they are not listed as compatible in the chart above. If you choose to use this manifold for those non-EGR Model/Year combinations you will need our EGR Plug Kit (VE-LO-K-MR450954-EP).
By popular demand, we now have exhaust manifolds for the Gen2/2.5 3.5L SOHC V6 and Montero Sport 3.0L 24V and 3.5L SOHC V6s! These are made in the same factory as our popular Gen3 manifolds which we've been selling for years.
As you can see, these are not Swiss quality made parts. The castings will have imperfections and pits, the heat shield threads are often not perfectly centered, and there are visible hand grinding/finishing marks. But this unit will bolt up correctly and will get you back on the road for less than 1/2 the price of OEM.
2 Exhaust Manifold Flange studs are included.
Don't forget the gaskets! For best results, using new gaskets (not included) ensures a proper seal:
