Sankei Industry Company's "555" brand of steering and suspension parts is world famous among Japanese auto enthusiasts and auto parts manufacturers alike. Formed in 1960, this brand is often referred to as "Sankei 555", "555", or "Three Fives"; but regardless of what name you know them by, 555 parts are still made proudly in Japan to the highest standards.
Although 555 is a favorite in the Toyota Land Cruiser community; strength-wise, we haven't found anything that compares to the durability of Genuine Mitsubishi Parts. Rather, this is what we recommend in 2nd place as a more economical option. So for those vehicles that spend their time on asphalt or light trails, or for the budget-conscious build, then this could be a good fit. And for Gen1 Montero and Mighty Max vehicles, then this is our top-tier option. 555s are an outstanding value for a high-quality, made in Japan part and we're thrilled to be able to offer this line to our customers.
