A lot of pride and attention to detail goes into each outgoing Luso Overland order. We understand that everyone wants their items shipped out in a timely manner and to arrive undamaged. We strive to ship all orders out quickly, usually within 1-3 business days and all orders are packed with care and guaranteed to arrive safely.
Our inventory levels are displayed live on the item detail page and updated automatically. In the rare case that our inventory stock level is off because of an internal error, we won't leave you hanging, we'll contact you within 48 hours to come up with a solution. If an item is out of stock, on pre-order, or with longer than normal processing times it will be noted as such on the product detail page.

Express Shipping & Delivery Date Guarantee
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer selectable express shipping service options at checkout or guaranteed delivery dates at this time (for example: UPS Overnight). We'll get your order shipped out quickly via a carrier and service based on the weight, size, location, and other factors.
International
Fitment / Compatibility - The fitment charts on our site only apply to vehicles originally sold in the Contiguous USA. If you need helping confirming if a part is compatible with your vehicle, please Contact Us with your location, vehicle year, model, engine size, wheel base (Short or Long), and VIN and we'll be happy to look into it.
International shipping rates on our site are provided by UPS. It is possible that our eBay Store has cheaper international shipping rates through eBay's Global Shipping Program so we recommend international customers get a quote via both options.
*Any customs duties/tariffs or clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if the recipient will be charged any customs fees as every country has different importation rules but you can estimate transit times and import fees here:

Return Policy
We're confident that you're going to love our products because we've personally vetted each and every one of them, but should you ever need to return an item, we're here for you. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If your item has been opened, it may not be a big deal, just let us know the situation and we'll try our best to facilitate a return.
To return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 48 hours.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of the returned item being received by us.
Warranty Returns - Products with warranties have the warranty period listed on their detail pages. If you have experienced a part failure within the specified warranty period and would like a replacement unit, please Contact Us with your order number, the name or part number in question, a brief description of the problem, and a photo of the problem.
