Global - Focus on bringing top brands from other markets to the USA. By importing items in bulk, we're able to mitigate the cost of international shipping and lower prices to the US consumer.
High Quality - Test every product we carry in-house to ensure it passes our quality requirements. If a part is not up to our standards, we won't carry it - period.
Real Inventory - Keep items in stock - stock months worth of inventory to limit back orders, avoid drop shipments whenever possible, don't say something is available if it's not. Let customers see exactly how many of an item is in stock and on the rare occasion that something runs out or is only available for pre-order/drop shipment, display that info clearly for them to make an informed purchase decision.
Fast Shipping - Confirm all orders via email, ship within 3 business days (but usually faster), and get in touch with the customer right away if anything out of the ordinary comes up.
Everyone wants their parts quickly and nothing is more frustrating than waiting forever in the dark for your order to arrive. We've personally waited months for orders from other parts companies after already paying, wondering what the hold up is? That is simply unacceptable.
Actual Service - Treat your staff and your customers like your business depends on them, because it does. Return all correspondence within 2 business days. Pack all orders with care. Stand behind your products. Be professional and courteous.
